Your local Diamond Way Buddhist Centre meets every week for the Guru Yoga Meditation on the 16th Karmapa. These Centres stock Diamond Way Buddhist meditation booklets and magazines and books.
The Australian centres are part of an international network of
more than five hundred lay Diamond Way Buddhist centres of the Karma
Kagyu Tradition. These centres are under the spiritual guidance
of the 17th Karmapa Trinlay
Thaye Dorje; They were started and are directed by Lama
Ole Nydahl.
Diamond Way Centres have a democratic structure and function through unpaid, voluntary work on the basis of friendship and idealism. The members share the responsibility for guiding meditations, answering questions and giving teachings.
